👍 This looks great! Just found a single typo in the docs. This is beyond the scope of the PR, but I don't have a good sense of in what situations one would use the different csm solve options, and if it's possible to either add something to the docs about this during the eventual wrapup for this work, or just mention it when this work is demoed, I think that would be great.

Description
Adds jigsaw parameters for solving for CSM parameters in images. This should be supported for command line and scconfig setups.

Motivation and Context
This threads the hooks from #4419 to jigsaw so that users can actually set them.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested locally with debugger and all values set as expected. Also, added automated tests for the BOSS changes.
