new error is a spice server issue

867 - clementine_module_test_clementine (Failed)
1506 - DemCube.FunctionalTestSpiceinitWebAndShapeModel (Failed)
2105 - Spiceinit.TestSpiceinitPredictAndReconCk (Failed)

This may just be an issue with clementine data disappearing when this PR was merged.

Actually the removal of *.bck files is causing these errors. Clementine ck's have .bck files.
