Describe the bug
When I go to set my SID in the Streaming tab, I am unable to change it from 0
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
On a Windows 11 machine, go to Playlist editor
Click on Streaming
Select/create a configuration
Try to change the System ID to something other than 0
Expected behavior
You should be able to set your SID

No "streaming" log/config gets created in my user folder

OS: Windows 11
CPU Cores: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
RAM: 128 GB (128 GB usable)
Additional context
I set up the feed successfully on a Windows 10 machine. I'd like to do away with that computer and move everything to my main computer which runs Windows 11. There's no config in C:\Users<user>\SDRTrunk\streaming after clicking save that I can manually change outside of the program.
