Hello.

There are limits as to how many times per day I can add the newest parameters you come across, so after I get back from a trampoline park excursion today, and have taken care of the URLs above, I think I need to set up a dedicated Issues thread to this kind of stuff instead.

Note also that cid can't be removed entirely because it's used by surprisingly many banking and web-account services, e.g. sparebank1.no
