Also update erusev/parsedown to ^1.7 as ^1.6 had a XSS vulnerability (see erusev/parsedown#495). This allows dependencies to be installed successfully on CircleCI.

So this updates grumphp to ^0.14, so that
composer installruns smoothly.It also updates parsedown to ^1.7 (from ^1.6) in order to fix a XSS vulnerability => erusev/parsedown#495.
