What does this PR do?

This pull request contains updates to the project dependencies. Specifically, it changes the version of the gopkg.in/yaml.v3 package, used for handling YAML functionality.

Change details:

  • The gopkg.in/yaml.v3 package was upgraded from v3.0.0-20210107192922-496545a6307b to official release v3.0.0.
  • The golang.org/x/net from 0.0.0-20211209124913-491a49abca63 to 0.17.0
  • Corresponding checksums in go.sum were updated to match the new version of the package.
