Making it fit for mobile version where geo-location is denied

In v1.1 :
Web version : Worked fine, as manually access preference could be selected
Mobile version : failed, as by default location access is denied and it pop up did not turn up

v1.2 :
Web version : Remains same
Mobile version : Setting default values for scenario where location access is denied.
