1. Close Cura 4.5
2. Copy the files to the correct folders

C:\Program Files\Ultimaker\Cura 4.5\resources\definitions C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 4.5\resources\extruders

3. Open Cura and add the printer via Preferences > Printers:
