New ini option
steam_game_stats_reports_dirinconfigs.main.iniwhich allows specifying a folder where statistics fromISteamGameStatswill be saved to, in .csv files.Only works with Valve games.
This is currently useless, but hopefully someone can figure out something useful out of them later.
Feel free to close/reject this PR, it doesn't add anything of value honestly.
