In an effort to add polish up our example list, this PR adds CSS to most examples, and does its best to document everything.
Previously, our examples were more of a showcase of "what's possible" rather than being helpful miniguides. The goal is that, going forward, our examples are more polished demonstrations of what's possible with dioxus.
Most of our examples are cross-platform, but quite a few are desktop-only. I'm not sure how to split this up, but it would be ideal if all the examples demonstrated cross-platform rather than desktop-only features.
