Adding support for Node v21 and removing v18/npm v9 as the current LTS version is v20.

@pedroalves0 This PR removed support for a major Node version and was published in a minor release 😕 Can you fix this? Either by publishing a new major, or allowing Node 18 LTS back.

Hi @daniellockyer, thank you for your patience and for bringing this to my attention! I apologize for the delay. I’ve published two new versions to address the issue:

  • v1.1.1. Patches v1.1.0 to bring back Node v18 support.
  • v2.0.0. Introduces a breaking change by increasing the minimum supported Node version to v20.
