Added support for using a ESP8266 to connect to a Kaifa MA309M (Salzburg AG). Successfully tested using GPIO1 + GPIO3 for TX/RX. I had to disable UART logging by setting
baud_rate: 0, as otherwise this GPIOs are used for that.
