Adds testing #5

Merging this before all the tests are done to get back to working on features.

Bug-fixes:

Stripe integration causes the page to break on server side rendering. See: https://github.com/stripe/react-stripe-elements#advanced-integrations for how this was fixed

Dev-facing:

Adds tests to the conversation, inbound and integration controllers.
Moves all controllers to a directory/index model to make finding and testing functions easier
Adds README for tests and test plan
Adds test running in GitHub actions for every commit: https://github.com/d3sandoval/anymessage/pull/5/checks?check_run_id=88116284

and clean up setup steps in other tests
