This PR ensures we ignore the MCF template (
msc-mcf-template.yml) contained in the discovery-metadata repo when loading the entire./mcfdirectory when usingmsc-pygeoapi data nwp-dataset-footprints add -d $PATH_TO_MCF_DIR.
