@fourstepper any catalogue that you spinned up on otc would be just fine for demo purposes. Just to make it a kind of 'integration test' in terms of checking the managed database, integration with auth and so on. |

@fourstepper this pr contains a notebook that shows some basic STAC catalog usage.
I'd like to update it with using the actual apex catalog. You can also try to run it yourself if you're familiar with running jupyter notebooks.
Another todo is to add a more complex, openEO-based example.
