If you think you identified a security vulnerability in DEC please write an e-mail to the person listed as main contact in notice.txt and report the issue with as much detail as possible.

For instace add these details:

• description of the issue
• circumstances under which the issue occurs
• steps to reproduce the issue
• Delphi or FPC version used
• if possible supply a small demo application showing the issue
• if you have any idea about how to fix it feel free to suggest it
