Change github workflows triggers

Description

This PR changes workflow triggers in the following way:

• Linter analysis (namely lint.yml) is triggered either when pushed only to main or develop branch, or any pull request event
• CI (ci.yml), that includes build and unit tests execution is triggered when pushed to main or develop branch (namely when PR gets merged).

Changes include

• Bugfix (non-breaking change that solves an issue)
• Hotfix (change that solves an urgent issue, and requires immediate attention)
• New feature (non-breaking change that adds functionality)
• Breaking change (change that is not backwards-compatible and/or changes current functionality)
