Major Changes

• Fixes Scroll Speed assumes that BPM doesn't reset SV to 1.0 #118
• Change scroll_speed analysis behaviour to include BPM implicit 1.0 SV logic.
• Also fixes issue where duplicated SVs could break algorithm
