Updates to support linking different Alma printout queues to different physical local/network printers. Also, one installation on a workstation supports multiple users with their own configuration.
Option to install for all users or just the logged in user.
Fix defect when writing error log. If a per-workstation installation, the app would crash trying to write the log where it didn't have permission. Fix logging to write to user's directory.
Another attempt at fixing issue #19.

Add support for multiple printer profiles (#8), allowing each Alma Printout Queue to be serviced by a different physical local/network printer. You may specify color or greyscale printing (#17) for each local/network printer servicing an Alma Printout Queue.
The Alma Print Daemon installer provides options to install per workstation or per user (#13). In either case, each workstation user will have their own alma-print-config.json file containing their preferred settings.
Upon first running this version, the existing alma-print-config.json file will be converted to a new format to support #8.
