• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

@srikarparsi I'm unsure if we should address the lint error in this PR, as the AttachmentModal page contains extensive logic, and the usage of withOnyx in this file is quite complex:

I don't feel confident that all test cases will be properly covered after fixing the lint issues.

And as mentioned here, do you think we should ignore the fix lint in this PR?

However, if there's some reason that doing so is unsafe or unreasonable, you can bring it up in slack and ask the Expensify reviewer to ignore the error and merge the PR anyways.
