To create empty database use: $:python3 CreateDatabase.py

If you have changed data, then use: $:alembic upgrade head

To fill database us: $:python3 data.py

$:coverage run -m --source=database --omit=database\models.py unittest discover -s database -p "*_test.py" && coverage report
