This adds the files used by the validation demo repo as unit tests, so we can verify the validator performs well on the demo files in that repo. This test already existed for R4, but I took the effort to port the files back to STU3 so we can test them on both versions.
Note that the output differs(!!!!), I will create an issue about that.
