Changes

1. Hotseats work with guests' gamepads now:
   • A: joins the waiting line
   • B: quits the waiting line
   • X/Y, DPad Up/Down: change seat
2. !swap integrated with Hotseats.
3. Already seated guests can invoke !swap/!pick to change seats, they revert to first place in line (if cooldown > 90%).
4. HotseatGuests now show which seat they are waiting for.
5. Master of Puppets can also choose seat through arrow buttons.
6. Hotfix: audio settings window showing microphone frequency in speakers.
7. Hotfix: audio settings window now showing microphone frequency label.
8. Navbar size corrected (logout button was hidden).
