Build a view or two for exif data

We need two views with for displaying the list of EXIF data.

Archives will need to read XML from Asagi, and that's already good with the keys since 4chan gives a human readable table.

Internal boards use the output of the PHP exif reading function and store it in JSON: we must convert those keys to human readable.

My exif column has JSON data. Regardless, I'll try picking this up and see if I can do something.
