- Update the dependencies to the latest version - Remove kyori api shadow redirect which caused velocity initialization to fail - Update gradle to 8.10.2 - Replace the deprecated methods of krori api with new methods

This commit only fixes velocity. From what I've tested, ServerUtils now only works properly on Bungeecord.
