converts a text file with links to media files to a vlc media player playlist
the links in the textfile are seperated by the Return Key (every link is in a new line)
the path to the textfile is given as argument
Just compile the file linklist to playlist.xspf.cpp with a compiler of your choice, that supports the c++17 std
