Beta 0.4

This is the biggest update that txt2 has received yet! It comes with so many new features, and with every beta, we get closer to version 1.0!

New Features:

• New Tab system (Thanks for the help @Moosems !)
• Hotkeys are now fixed (Thanks for telling me how to use tkinter bindings @rdbende ) and have a customization menu!
• Line Numbers!
• Removed border of text area for a much cleaner look
• New icon
