  • Get access to CF sandbox environment
  • Create new space for application
  • Configure required services (Postgres, Redis)
  • Deploy
  • Get API working

I've noticed the GDS deployment manifest supports a lot of supporting applications (eg database migrator), which is partly why they generate manifests from template rather than having a manifest.yml. At some point we should think about why and what we want.
