Previously when breaking an ore block in the nether or end, it would hit all relevant mobs within a large radius with a 0 damage attack. Due to an unfortunate cross mod interaction with infernals this would immediately impart damage on the user and potentially several status effects. This will no longer occur.
There was effectively no counter to this and it is rather unfair to punish a player for being close to a mob they cannot even see or interact with. This rework changes it so that instead it aggros the mob and makes them hostile towards you but does not trigger fake hits.
Tested in full pack.
