Description
There's the continued issue where
subscribeInvoicesdoes not receiveACCEPTorCANCELevents for hodl invoices. The solution for now appears to be to create individual subscriptions for held invoices and manage these (see lightningnetwork/lnd#3120 (comment)).This PR reverts changes for now to unblock pipeline and continue working locally.
