Physnet on Delta Platform

This guide provides instructions on how to set up and run Physnet simulations on the Delta supercomputing environment.

Getting Started

1. Clone the Repository

To get started, clone this repository into a directory where you have read and write access, typically in /projects/bdao/$USER/physnet_hpc.

2. Submit the job

In Job Composer, select Add new job from specific path, select shell file, and submit task.

3. Check for the output

View the corresponding output file in /u/$USER/ondemand/data/sys/myjobs/projects/default.
