Okay firstly, we need to decide on one of these two:

Automatic creation on installation
Wheels

If we go ahead with wheels:

Automatic creation on first run
Manual creation using a module
Manual creation using a sdb shell command

I need your input on what you want @GarryMorrison , as long as sdists remain supported by pypi, we shouldn't have problems with our current setup.

We should probably resolve this issue before merging #22 and/or #5
EDIT: Ahaha #22 is merged. No worries lets get this done before #5.
