Add Greek(el) locale #54

  1. Add Greek(el) locale 

    To create this locale I used https://code.google.com/p/po-auto-translator/
which automatically translates .po files using GoogleTranslate
and then I reviewed the translation and modified it to correct
any mistakes.

    Translated djangojs.po also. Modified the initial translation
to be more consistent.
