A note about Python licensing

Versions of Python up to and including 1.5.2 had a very simple and
liberal license; versions from 1.6 onwards have much more complex, and
more restrictive licenses. In particular, it is arguable as to whether
the new licensing terms are "GPL compatible" -- that is, whether it is
permissible to link Python with code licensed under the GNU Public
License.

To avoid any doubt, we explicitly permit omniORBpy to be linked with
any version of Python.
