Add Manual JIT patches to fix multiple games

Every config file has been tested thoroughly by me and @VeaNika, in both DS and DSi mode, please refer to the compatibility list for further details on the current status for each game.

Some config files have been reviewed, missing addresses were added, and wrong ones removed, fixing the following issues:

• Castlevania - Harmony of Dissonance: Couldn't boot a previously saved file.
• Zelda A Link to the Past: Crash in the Desert Palace door.

Self Modifying patches were added for the regional variants in these games:

• Golden Sun 2
• Smashing Drive
