On the latest `google-github-actions/setup-gcloud` versions, the auth mechanism has been removed and `google-github-actions/auth` needs to be used instead. Closes GoogleContainerTools#2525 Signed-off-by: Ferran Vidal <ferran.vidal.p@gmail.com>

Currently kaniko uses an older version of the Github Action -
google-github-actions/setup-gcloud(0.5.1). This should be updated. Dependabot submitted this PR (#2502) to bump this but it seems that some additional code changes need to be made to update the version properly.
