plugin does not work in v9.3.1

I have installed the plugin with the command

grafana-cli plugins install goshposh-metaqueries-datasource

and restarted the service.

Whenever I add the second query with MetaQueries, I get no more data displayed.

thx for the hind, but also with a metric I get no data, even with a negativ period value.
