WIFI Remote for LG WebOS Smart TV (for Android Smartphone)
Inspired from the LG SDK project :

On the TV an option is mandatory to set ON:
Settings > General > Mobile TV
For recent Smart TV you need also to set :
Network settings > LG Connect Apps
