There is no change to the article or presentation, though I am including them.
This release just adds a handout version of the presentation after I fixed the creation of the frames in the presentation to better support a handout.

Tweaked the sampling pattern graphics a little bit (changed disk size for the Poisson disks and removed the clipping box for 2x Quincunx). Also correct a typo I found in the bibliography.

These have different versions of the sampling pattern graphics. The originals I had made in Inkscape as graphics. The new versions were made in R (script provided), allowing me easier control over the placement of the points, the grids, and some more consistent characteristics. (The aspect ratio between X and Y is also fixed in these, so the scaling between them should be nearly identical, if you view at native resolution.)
Also I noticed that while the R script for the performance data placed the legend for the Means + VRAM graph over a bit, to avoid blocking the scale, the graphic file LaTeX used was out-of-date, so that is fixed too.

Realized I failed to update a link to point to this repository in the presentation. (Curiously it the LaTeX code is correct, so I am not sure how the mistake survived into the PDF.)
Only the presentation is impacted, not the article.

I have gone through and made numerous revisions to the article, presentation, and the R scripts. What errors I found in the text have been corrected, other points made clearer. The scripts I have brought in line with my current methods in R, including some updates to the graphs, though for the most part the graphs have not changed substantially.
It should be possible to run the LaTeX scripts as they are, if the entire repository is downloaded. The R script for the data will need a file path changed to work, but I believe will be functional with that done.

Discovered some things to correct in the article and presentation. The article was using the wrong VRAM graph, and somehow I had the wrong Y values in the presentation. (No changes made to the Tech Only version.)

Versions of the article and presentation from March 1, 2019.
Minor changes to data tables
Added paragraph I somehow missed when making the LaTeX version

Upgrading this draft to be the final/release version. (Hopefully I do not need to come back and change things, but I would not be surprised if there is a typo somewhere.)
