So Longbow is moving away from having the capital L in its code base and directory structure. Longbow version 1.5.0 should change the existing user directory from .Longbow to .longbow automatically and inform the user this has taken place. For first time installers this should simply be skipped.

Adding documentation tag, this code is on the development branch. User documentation will need changing at release.

Added in the code to automatically eliminate the capitalised directory
from the user configuration file path. This should complete the removal
of the capital 'L' from all source code and file paths.

The documentation needs to be updated to reflect this change.

Fixes for the rest of the references to the capitalised .Longbow
directory. Unit tests should hopefully pass now.

Fix for broken unit test that somehow didn't get picked up by the grep.
