Added experimental support for AsmSimulator (preview for AsmDude 2.0)

By default switched off, this version has a preview for Asm Simulator, that will be made properly available in AsmDude 2.0. Don't try it on large files, and expect VS to crash due to some threading issues, or abysmal performance...
