The translation I used previously was one I decided on in a hurry, and now it feels a bit weird —users could easily mistake it for "manage all instances". This commit changes the term to "编辑版本" and "編輯實例" to avoid potential misunderstandings and to be consistent with English. In addition, some relevant texts were revised.
