Expected behavior:
With the "user can add values" turned off on the admin lookup list for sex, the expectation is that all places where the sex field is displayed would be drop down
Actual behavior:
The dialog that pops up when you add a new patient as part of checking them in on the Outpatient Page does not show a drop down control for sex, it is still free text.
Steps to reproduce:
Turn-off "Use Can Add New Values" on the Admin > lookup lists > sex page
