Scene takedown procedure

To take down a Scene Listing and it's associated Scene:

• First, get the alphanumeric id from the scene page URL. You can get the scene URL from a room by going to the "Scene Info" item from the menu in the top right. In that dialog there is a link. The url will be something like /scenes/XXX/my-scene where XXX is the relevant id.

• The id in the URL is either a scene id or a scene listing id, likely the latter.

• Go to the admin console. First check if the item is a Scene Listing by going to Scene Listings and doing a search using the top search box. If it's not there, try going to Scenes.

• To take down a Scene or Scene Listing, click Edit and then change the State from active to delisted (for Scene Listings) or removed (or Scenes.)

• Note that changes in the admin console are not applied immediately (to enable undo) but after 5 seconds, so don't close the window.

• If you were taking down a Scene Listing, there is a column in the Scene Listing view that will point you to the Listing's original Scene. It's likely you'll want to go there too and set the state on the Scene to removed.
