BTW, @MehdiK, I always wanted to ask, why version is x.yy.1 when you bump minor (yy)?

Not always. The last release was 1.25.4 for example; but it's true to a
great extent. It's because we don't do many patches and bug fixes. It's
almost always additions and in semver an addition bumps the minor.

I think the question was why not x.yy.0 when you bump the minor :)

It's a good question and the answer is the power of defaults. TeamCity
resets the build number to 1 and that's what's been used for version number.
