wipen v2.0.0

Release v2.0.0 is a complete rewrite of wipen to address issues in the previous iteration. Including introducing multiple passes over the a PCAP file using a LIFO reading method to decrease the overall memory usage required to prevent crashes occurring from memory exhaustion.
The JSON object has been significantly improved to capture more information and establish increased relationships between WLANs and associated clients.
