A few changes to keep the executable compiling on MinGW #16

The two #include statements help appease the fickle MinGW gods.

I also added an improvement to the SDL2_mixer finder.

Thanks for this! Would you be able to build me a distributable win32 build by chance? I'd like to add some downloadable releases for different platforms so that people don't have to build from source.

Well, we're at a point right now where the game crashes at the slightest hint of a sound being played, so I'd like to get that fixed before thinking about releases.

Ah, that's bad. To get sound playing on Linux I had to use the latest and greatest SDL_mixer built from source, but it runs pretty well there!
