Update install-a-demo.md, test preview

Purpose / why

This is an attempt to make it easier to find a Docker sidebar needed for the demo install, since it always took me a while to understand the relevant step.

Also, an opportunity to test the new "docs preview" feature from
#2234

What changes were made?

Small wording change to install-a-demo.md

Verification
