I have the follwing entry:

@InProceedings{DGWZ2007,
  Title = {A Survey of {B2B} Methodologies and Technologies: From Business Models towards Deployment Artifacts},
  Author = {Dorn, Jurgen and Grun, Christoph and Werthner, Hannes and Zapletal, Marco},
  Booktitle = {40th Annual Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS'07)},
  Year                     = {2007},
  Month                    = jan,
  Publisher = {Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers},
  _doi                     = {10.1109/HICSS.2007.37},
  File = {:DGWZ2007 - A Survey of B2B Methodologies and Technologies_ From Business Models towards Deployment Artifacts.pdf:PDF},
  Owner                    = {Oliver},
  Review = {Dec2009: Dorn et al. present a comprehensive survey on approaches in the area of B2B integration
[DGWZ2007]. The approaches are classified using the Open-EDI reference model [3] and distinguish
business models, process models and artifacts that are ready for deployment.},
  Timestamp                = {2013.10.23}
}

The first rendering attempt shows

Bad character inside entry Lexical error at line 1, column 97. Encountered: "\r" (13), after : ""

When I leave the entry and select it again, the preview is not updated at all.

Further, \r should be replaced by space for passing to citationstyles. Alternatively, there should be opened an upstream issue.
