Assumptions

We assume that ACS will not be run on:

• a system with more than 127 cpu cores
• a cpu that can be at 127 Celsius
• a laptop that can be more than 100% charged (works up until 127%)
• a system with hot swappable cpu (restart acs if swapped).
• an ARM or RISC-V system with big.LITTLE architecture
• a virtual machine (or Windows Subsystem for Linux)
• a system with apple silicon

If one of these is true

Let us know and create an issue and we can add a special case. If you have a hot swappable cpu, please include a picture because that is pretty awesome.
